If you signed up or are using our services at the direction of your employer or a special training program you may be on a custom 'instance' of the platform that looks the same but has a custom URL with special settings.
For example, if I work for 'Company ABC' I would go to "www.companyabc.potential.withyouwithme.com" to log in.
It is important to make sure you are at the right instance otherwise you will not be able to access your accounts features.
- Not being able to log in when you know you have the right credentials (or can log in on another device)
- Not receiving a password reset email
- Information missing from your account such as course progression
We have three separate "instances" dependant upon location. Namely, Australia (our original instance), but we have now expanded to the UK, and North America simultaneously. The URL's for each instance are as follows:
Australia: https://potential.withyouwithme.com/
UK: https://potential-uk.withyouwithme.com/
North America: https://potential-ca.withyouwithme.com/
If you create an account on the Australian platform, for example, you will not be able to see your course/testing data on the UK, and North American platform.
