If you are told your Profile doesn't exist, ensure you are on the correct platform. We have three platforms that are dependant upon region, the UK, Australian, and Canadian platform. The links are as follows:

If you are told your Profile already exists make sure you are using the correct WYWM Platform and your correct login details or method.
For example, if you made your account logging in with Google you will not be able to login using LinkedIn or username and password. If you wish to change your login method, please Submit a Ticket via the ChatBot feature on the platform and we can amend this for you.
