If you were able to load the video and it started to play then paused or stopped, it would be due to a network issue.
Please check your network connection or refresh the page. If you are still having problems there are a few things you can do:
- lower the video quality using the option on the bottom left of the video player
- slow the video speed using the option on the bottom left of the video player
- pause the video and wait for it to load
If you are receiving the error "hlsjs-lite: Unsupported Video", this is caused by browsers that do not support our video player and is a known issue for Firefox and Safari.
We recommend using Chrome for the best experience.
