Elements within your testing report, such as Aptitude, Culture Fit, Psychometric and Learning Style, can be reset at any time. However, some course quizzes have a limited number of attempts, and your highest score will equate to your final score. Submit a ticket with your details via the Chat Bot and Support will contact you via email to resolve the issue.
