Course progress is missing

At WYWM, we have three platforms where data is stored individually, these platforms are dependant upon region and typically, you are redirected to the correct URL dependant upon your IP address determining which region you are in. They are as follows:
What this means by data being stored individually is that course progress/testing will not reflect on each individual platform. So for example, if you completed Data Foundations on the Canadian platform, you would not see that completed progress on our Australian platform for instance. Ensure that you are logging into the correct platform in order to see your course progress.

If you are logging into the correct platform, and you still cannot see your progress, please submit a ticket via the Chat Bot with the Pipeline, Course and Lesson details and Support will contact you via email to resolve the issue.
