My Course Won't Load
If your course is taking a long time to load, you may need to clear your cache or try working in an incognito window.
To clear your cache follow these steps:
- Log out of the Potential course platform
- Close all windows/tabs in your web browseer
- Clear your cache by following these instructions
- Log back in
If neither of these options resolves your issue please submit a ticket with your details via the Chat Bot and Support will contact you via email to resolve the issue.
