My Course Won't Load

If your course is taking a long time to load, you may need to clear your cache or try working in an incognito window.

To clear your cache follow these steps:

  • Log out of the Potential course platform
  • Close all windows/tabs in your web browseer
  • Clear your cache by following these instructions
  • Log back in

If neither of these options resolves your issue please submit a ticket with your details via the Chat Bot and Support will contact you via email to resolve the issue.
