If you are missing progress within a module of the CPO course this is caused by a change in the format for how the data is stored. Your progress data is safe in our database and we can access it.
To resolve this when you have completed the course and are looking to get your certificate please:
- Ensure you have completed at least 1 quiz and can see the blue tick next to the quiz (this will ensure you have a record we can match your progress to).
- Raise a ticket using the chatbot on the bottom right of your screen and include what progress you are missing.
We will then confirm your records and work with the team at IPM (the course provider) to resolve this.
