If you signed up or are using our services at the direction of your employer or a special training program you may be on a custom 'instance' of the platform that looks the same but has a custom URL with special settings.
For example, if I work for 'Company ABC' I would go to "www.companyabc.potential.withyouwithme.com" to log in.
It is important to make sure you are at the right instance otherwise you will not be able to access your account. Common signs that you may be on the wrong instance are
- Not being able to log in when you know you have the right credentials (or can log in on another device)
- Not receiving a password reset email
- Information missing from your account such as course progression
If you think you are on the wrong instance speak with a colleague or double-check the instructions you received to sign up for the correct URL.
