Switching between Manager and Employee views

Jump between managing your own profile and your team.

 

Steps to follow:

1. Starting from the Manager view, select your profile image.

2. Select the "Switch to Employee view" button from the menu

3. Here you can access the tools you need to complete your own skill assessments and explore what's visible to your team members.

4. Complete any remaining tasks listed in your dashboard.

For example, Review your testing report once you've completed the Potential testing suite (this can also be accessed from within your profile).

5. To return to the Manager view, select the "Switch to Manager view" button.

6. You will now be able to access all the features you need to manage your teams. 
Note: Your menu options may look a little different, depending on your level of access.
