For Admins: Removing manager access
Organisation administrators are responsible for assigning and removing manager access.
Use the interactive walkthrough above, or follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Organisation page in the left-hand navigation pane
- All managers who are assigned to an organisation will appear below the name of the team they are assigned to. Find the name of the manager you want to remove
- Click on the record to view the details of that item
- Click the delete icon to remove this Manager's access from this level of the organisation structure.
- If the manager has been assigned to multiple levels of the organisation, you'll need to remove them from each one separately
NOTE: Any employees this manager was responsible for will automatically report to the next available default manager above them in the organisation structure.
Additional step: removing manager from platform
If the manager is also offboarding from the platform complete the following steps
- Navigate to the employees page in the left-hand navigation pane
- Click the employee's row to access their details
- Select the Team/Department dropdown field
- Choose the Archive/Delete team
- Send an email to customersuccess@withyouwithme.com and your account manager will remove them for you.
