Everything you need to support your team and maintain momentum.
Steps to follow:
1. When you first log in, you'll arrive on the landing page. Head to the dashboard to get started.
2. If you manage multiple teams, use the Team/Department filter to refine your view.
3. If appliable, choose a team you want to focus on.
4. Can't see everyone? Increase the records per page.
5. The overview summary provides a snapshot of your team’s current status.
When all indicators are green, it means every team member is meeting or exceeding the skills required for their role. It’s normal to be in progress, building capability takes time.
6. Additional detail can be viewed in the overview table, sorted in the following columns.
Employee/Role: All employees and their occupations are listed. Ensure each employee has the correct occupation assigned.
Note: If you can’t find the correct role, contact your Customer Success Manager for support.
Team/Manager: The manager will usually be you, but you can also support other managers within your area of the organisation if needed.
Self-assessment/Manager assessment: Showing completion status, these assessments can be completed concurrently.
- If the self-assessment or manager assessments are incomplete, click the action button [ ⁝ ] to view possible next steps.
- You can send a prompt to the employee to remind them to complete their part.
- And you can head to the manager assessment to do your part (there is a separate walkthrough for this).
Alignment conversation:
- If the field displays as "Blocked", it's because either the manager or the employee are yet to complete their assessments.
- If it displays as "Incomplete", and the prior assessment steps are complete, it will be available in the action menu.
- Book your alignment conversation with your team member.
For additional guidance check out Navigating skill alignment or reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Potential assessments: Can be completed at any time during this process - we recommend completing 'Culture fit' and 'Aptitude' before building a development plan.
Skills gaps: A number will appear in the skill gap column once an occupation is assigned to the employee. To begin with, all related skills will be shown as gaps. The number will be current and validated once the alignment conversation is completed.
