If its a course problem you can Book A Call with your course instructor any time using the Book A Call Button found near bottom of your Talent Pipeline page.
- Click on the Courses Link
- Click on your course tile
- Scroll down the page until you see the "Meet the Instructors" tile
- Click on the "Book a Call With (Your Instructor) Button
- You'll be taken through the process of selecting a suitable time slot with your instructor
- You'll be sent an email with a video conference link
- At the agreed time click on the conference link and your instructor will help you work things through.
If you change your mind and find you would rather join the chat community you can click on any of the Join Discord links around the website. Someone will redirect you to the right community channel, or an instructor will pick up your query from there.
If need be they will refer you to the person you need.
