I can't access one of the assessments

Our personality assessments include Culture, Psychometric, Aptitude and Learning Style

The assessments can be taken from your dashboard or as part of the Discover Yourself course. To ensure the accuracy of our assessments they can only be done once and some have a time limit.

The aptitude assessments must be done in the order they appear with each section becoming available as the previous ones are completed.

You may need to redo an assessment if you were unable to complete it properly or enough time has passed that your results will have changed.

If you need to redo an assessment you will need to raise a ticket with the Tech Support team to have your results reset, be sure to be specific which assessment (or section within the aptitudes) you need reset to avoid losing your results.
