For Managers: Changing skill assessment levels

If you've already completed a manager skill assessment but need to change the levels.

 

Steps to follow

1. Starting from the Manager view, select Dashboard to view your team.

2. If needed, sort team table by completed Manager assessment

3. Click the action menu [ ⁝ ] to see available options.

4. Click 'Complete alignment conversation' or 'View skills gap' to open the skills profile and start or review skill alignment.

5. Click on skill bar to view its details and level descriptions.

6. [With your employee] Discuss chosen levels.

7. If required update your skill level assessment.

8. Click 'Manager Assessment' tab to review and update skill levels.

9. Click on skill bar to view its details and level descriptions.

10. Click to review skill level options and make changes as required.

11. Click level to select new skill level.

12. Click 'Done' to confirm change.

13. Click 'Save' to update team member profile.

14. Click 'Skill alignment' tab to view any updates and alignment changes.
